This new feature is designed with both attendees and curators in mind. Whether you’re looking to sell a ticket or reduce chargebacks as a curator, the resale feature makes the process simple, transparent, and safe for everyone involved.

For Attendees: Sell Your Ticket with Confidence

If you bought a ticket but your plans changed, you can now resell it through the Streets app. You set the price, get a private link, and share it wherever you’d like—no awkward exchanges or DMs required.

Once someone buys it, you’ll be notified and paid automatically. And because everything happens within the Streets system, your ticket is guaranteed to be valid.

What you need to know:

You control the resale price Each ticket can only be resold once Resale is available until one hour before the event begins

After that point, resale is disabled to ensure a smooth check-in experience for everyone.

Privacy and Trust Built In

Unlike resale sites or third-party apps, Streets handles the entire resale process in-house. That means no fake barcodes or risky meetups.

This creates a clean, private experience while making sure the ticket remains authentic and active from start to finish.

Why Curators Benefit Too

We know that false chargebacks can be a headache. Sometimes guests buy tickets, choose not to attend, and later dispute the charge.

By giving those guests a real way to resell their tickets, Streets helps reduce the likelihood of chargebacks related to no-shows. It also keeps things fair for other attendees who might still be looking for a way in.

How to Get Started

For curators:

Turn on Resale in your event settings. That’s it. You don’t have to manage anything else; The process is completely self-service for attendees.

For attendees:

Go to “My Tickets,” choose the event, and select “Resell Ticket.” Set your asking price, grab your link, and share it however you like.
